This is what Scum do to a property...a beautiful property.  They think they got away with it...how wrong can they be...Vengence is MINE!

Look at how these 'people' lived.  Look at what they did to a highly valuable and lovely home.  And they had small children too.  They must reek.

As you can see, they left a lot of carnage but then again, it was worth it to get this rubbish out of the house as quickly as possible.

They didn't pay their rent for four months, pleaded poverty and then went on holiday to Turkey for two weeks...

Enough was enough...Bailiffs went in and threw these scummy twats out with no warning.  As this was taking the piss on a grand scale, it had been escalated to the High Court.  Best way.  These individuals are a health hazard to any area they rock up in.

Then the letters started coming to the address.  They owe rent to other landlords prior to me, they owe over a thousand pounds on mobile phones, on credit cards, to banks and even Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs.

We are coming for you, we know where you are and we know how much you owe other companies and people.  2k in rent arrears to someone else.  4K in rent arrears on this place and a few grand in court fees all totalling up to more than you can afford.  We are coming, soon.

(I was going to post pics of them on holiday with parrots on their heads or in pink wellies in the conservatory but I didn't, just in case you are having your dinner)

The below photographs show the level of dirt and grime they were prepared to live in when left to their own devices.  As I could not visit the property to carry out inspections whilst the legal case was progressing, this is how they were happy to live....systematic accumulation of filth.

Good news, the property is now being rented by Human Beings.
